  Properties: Milky white or pale yellow powder, slice or particle; soluble in grease, water, and alcohol. Anti-acid and heat resisting. The HLB value is 7.2. Use: Place this product into water (1:3 proportion) and heat the mixture up to 70°C or above, then beat it up before use. As it is soluble in grease, it can also be heated up with grease, churned up, and put into use. It should be churned up, dissolved and emulsified at 70°C or above. Application: It can obviously improve the stability of drinks,avoiding deposits,delamination and oil ring.Besides,it can also improve the taste and quality of the canned drinks and prolong the period of reservation,It is widely used in the make of ice cream,bread,cake,biscuits,chocolates and meat products,etc.
